A cacao circle is an experience where pure cacao is consumed in a ritualistic and community environment. These circles aim to promote spiritual connection, self-knowledge and openness of heart.

The experience usually begins with an opening of the sacred space, where participants sit in a circle. Cacao is prepared ceremonially and blessed before being consumed. While the cacao is prepared, songs dedicated to the plant are made, and after drinking it the participants receive a sound bath, accompanied by different instruments, as well as songs with light codes.

At its core, a cacao circle is a deep experience of heart connection, with the purpose of healing, celebrating life, and strengthening community.
